As long as we have all items in stock, we can often dispatch your orders on the same day that you place your order:

•   Orders received before midday aim to be dispatched on the same day.
•   Orders received after midday will be processed the next working day.

If you need your order very urgently, please make sure you have chosen the correct carriage option. If you have any further information to add concerning the delivery of the goods, please tell us when you place your order (you'll find a "comments box" in which to do so at the checkout when you order online).  We will pass them on to the courier to help delivery.

If you are not in to sign for the goods, you will be carded.

If you are not in on either occasion, you will have to collect the goods from your local depot.

Details of your nearest sorting office will be written on the card.

An invoice will be sent to the billing address.

•  If the delivery and billing address are the same, the invoice will be sent with the goods.
•  If the delivery and billing address are different, the invoice will be sent to the billing address using Royal Mail on a 2nd class service.
