Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with any product supplied by ClubKing Ltd in any way, please contact us on 01992 503311 or sales@clubking.co.uk and tell us your problems or concerns. We will do our best to rectify the issues.

Returns Within 7 Days

If you are unhappy with the goods, then in accordance with the Consumer Act, you can return them within 7 days of receiving them. Please contact ClubKing Ltd first for us to give you a returns number and the returns address .

The cost of carriage will be covered at the customers' own expense and a restocking fee of £10 will be charged.

Receiving Damaged Goods

Whilst every effort is made in ensuring the goods leave our premises undamaged and in perfect working, we cannot 100% guarantee that the goods will arrive in pristine condition.

Should you discover that a product that has been damaged in transit, please do not throw away any packaging your order may have arrived in.  To report a damaged item please email sales@clubking.co.uk with your order number, description of the damge and attach a picture of the original packaging clearly showing the delivery label as well as a picture of the damage. Once this has been receieved we will make further arrangements to have a replacement item sent to you. 

Repairs Within the Warranty Period

Should a product malfunction within the manufacturers warranty period, then you must contact ClubKing Ltd on 01992 503311 or sales@clubking.co.uk as soon as possible and we will instruct you what to do next.

So long as the goods are within the manufacturers warrantee period, and are covered by the manufacturers terms and conditions, then the goods will be repaired free of charge.

Repairs Outside the Warranty Period

Should a product malfunction after the manufacturers warranty period has expired, then you must contact ClubKing Ltd on 01992 503311 or sales@clubking.co.uk as soon as possible and we will instruct you what to do next.

Please note that there will be a repair charge imposed by the manufacturer that will be passed on to you the consumer.
