Should you wish to use you own courier, please contact us in order for to advise you how to continue. However do not return any parcels to ClubKing Ltd without contacting ClubKing Ltd first.
Safety of Delivery
We only use recognised couriers in order to guarantee safe passage. The goods are signed out when they leave our premises by a ClubKing employee. The goods are signed in by you, or a representative accepting delivery of the goods. Should you or a representative on your behalf not be present when the courier delivers the goods, then the courier company will contact the delivery address and you are responsible for the re-delivery of the goods.
Whilst every effort has been made by ClubKing to ensure that the goods are undamaged and in full working order. Once the goods leave our premises, ClubKing Ltd is no longer responsible for them and therefore cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur in transit.
All orders placed after 1.00pm will be despatched the following day. Please contact us if you if have any queries.
