Q: Where is my order?
A:We do our upmost to ensure your order is on it's way to you to you as efficiently as posssible. In the unlikelly event your item still hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please call us on 01992 503311 and we will do everything we can to track your order.
Q: Can I get my order next day?
A:If you are in a rush for your items we do offer the following serices DPD Next Day by 12 for £13.99 and DPD Saturday by 12 for £20. All orders need to be placed before 12pm to ensure next day delivery. Alternatively if you live local to Hertford you can pick up your order from our office, give us a call and we can arrange a time for pickup.
Q: My item has arrived damaged. Who do I contact?
A: Whilst every effort is made in ensuring the goods leave our premises undamaged, we cannot 100% guarantee that the goods will arrive in pristine condition. Should you discover that a product that has been damaged in transit please keep hold of all the original packaging your order arrived in. To report a damaged item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, description of the damge and attach a picture of the original packaging clearly showing the delivery label as well as a picture of the damage. Once this has been receieved we will make further arrangements to have a replacement item sent to you.
Q: My country isn't listed at Checkout. Does that mean you do not ship to my country?
A: If your country isn't listed then please call on 01992 503311, or email email@example.com and we can check delivery prices to your country and give you a total price.
